INTV was the company formed from the ashes of Mattel Electronics, M-Network, and Intellivision. They for the most part continued to sell Mattel's old Intellivision and Atari 2600 lineup. They did create a few new games on their own, and released a new version of the Intellivision, (the INTV System III).
