This is a song from humor group Rock et Belles Oreilles that decries the tendency of francophone singers to record in English in order to succeed in the much larger, anglophone 'Rest of Canada' and US markets. Considered selling out by Quebec nationalists. Obvious example would be Celine Dion. She wanted to 'pogne' and she did.

Some explanations:
pogne: From the verb empoigner; to grasp. In this sense: 'to grasp success'.
254-6011: The phone number of a college who advertised english lessons on TV at the time. The college is out of business, but the number has been recycled. Hint: Area Code 514 + google
debouche: outlet
run de journaux: paperboys' newspaper route
Frog: Nickname given to francophones by anglos

And I have composed that song

I know the mathématiques

I am the Judas of the French Canada
