A Paul McCartney compostion which The Beatles recorded on June 14, 1965. The track appeared as the flipside of the 'Help!' single and was also included on the compilation album Rock 'n' Roll Music and the British version of Rarities.

The group preformed the number on stage during their world tours in 1965 and 1966 and also their 'The Ed Sullivan Show' appearance in September 1965.
