Satirical comic book by Tom Hart. The story of Hutch Owen, a dissident and a bum, and his fight against public apathy and corporate greed (the latter personified by evil millionaire CEO Dennis Worner). The illustrations are charming, and the writing is in turns funny, touching, and sharp-edged.

"When I was a kid, I wanted to be in the parade so bad, man. It took me years to get up the nerve but I finally did. I got some crepe paper--tied it all over my bike and rode it along side all the fire trucks and everything. And do you know what happened?"

"Everybody laughed."

"No. Nobody gave a fuck at all."
