Fairly obvious one - someone who has a back deformity which results in that person being hunched over. The most famous hunchbacks are Quasimodo, the hunchback of Notre Dame (the bells! the bells!) and Igor, the ubiquitous helper of all Evil Doctors everywhere (bring me more brains, Igor!)

A back with a hunch or hump; also, a hunchbacked person.
