A useful type of paper which should make up a large portion of your stationery wardrobe. House stationery has the address of your house engraved in the center of the top of the page. These engraved pages are used as the first page for letters or other correspondence, like responding to wedding invitations, for example. You should also have available blank sheets of paper of the same weight and color for second and subsequent pages.

House stationery is suitable for use by anyone in the house, including guests.

If the house has a name, it is proper to have it printed on the house stationery.
