The Hot Dog Men are these screwball characters from Cartoon Planet. They regularly interrupt the Messages From Outer Space skits to either ramble mindlessly or proclaim that they know Space Ghost's secret identity (though they never get to reveal it on the air). They usually appear dancing on air in front of a fiery background, wearing dorky hoods that make them look like KKK members. They speak in reeeeally creepy voices.
