A curious Hormel food product sold in supermarkets in Hawaii and Guam, among other places1. Among U.S. States, Hawaii is the leading per capita consumer of Spam, so Hormel has a captive audience there. Simply stated, Hot & Spicy Spam contains Spam luncheon meat with Tabasco sauce. It is very strong, as Tabasco tends to be, although capsaicin addicts might still be tempted to throw some Dave's Insanity Sauce on it.

Hot & Spicy Spam has the same meat composition as normal Spam luncheon meat, and the nutrition facts remain virtually unchanged.

1 Accipiter reports that Hot & Spicy Spam has made it to the mainland, having purchased it in Atlanta.
