Things which fall in this category include (but are not limited to):

bacillary angiomatosis, candidiasis (oropharyngeal), oral hairy leukoplakia, herpes zoster involving more than one dermatome, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, listeriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, peripheral neuropathy.
