As of the creation of this
wu, the
Glock model 37 is the latest in the line of polymer framed auto pistols from Glock
Gmbh.
It is chambered in the proprietary .45 GAP cartridge which allows this to be a big bore handgun in a frame that is similar to that of the Glock 17 and 22 models.
It is not yet on the Glock website and probably will not be marketed in the civilian market. Primarily a military weapon, civilian demand for this product is not expected to be high as ammunition possession might be controlled.
With the use of the .45 GAP, this pistol could also prove to be an excellent suppressed firearm for covert operations.
