The offical residence of the mayor of the city of Los Angeles.

It is a 14-room, 3-story estate built in the French Colonial style and is located on a 1 acre lot in the Windsor Square area of the Hancock Park district. It was built in 1921 for $83,000 and was once leased to the move-star coupe Dolores Costello and John Barrymore. Its current name is the result of the Getty Oil Company purchasing the residence in 1957, which it eventually donated to the city in the 1970s. It sports 6 bedrooms, children's rooms, a library, a game room, gardens, a tennis court, and a swimming pool.
