A graphic chart (aka
bar chart) for schedule information, usually used as a
Project Management tool.
Usually, activities or other project elements are listed down the left side of the chart, dates are shown across the top, and activity durations are shown as a date-placed horizontal bars.
This provides for an easy overview on what is taking place when, and when is what taking place.
I may do some ASCII art to supplement this. If anyone feels strong at this though - please go ahead, it would be for the common good.
