Fred Gallagher, also known as Piro is one of the two creators of the webcomic Megatokyo.
First he was the artist and Rodney Caston aka Largo the story-writer.

Rodney has left Megatokyo as story-writer after some time, so now Fred is the main brain of Megatokyo and does a really good job, both as artist and as story-writer.
