Most recent album by the Presidents of the United States of America (PUSA), the sugar-grunge band until recently thought defunct. The album itself may well have been released in only a few areas, as I've seen it in Phoenix but nobody else seems to have seen it.

(Side note: As a PUSA fan, this album title seems to be a reflection on one of their previous songs, Naked and Famous. Maybe they're aware that they've gone downhill somewhat.)
