Otter pops, Fla-vor-ice are simply plastic tubes filled with
frozen sugar water.
Unlike Otter Pops they lack any sort of theme or branding. Simply put, Fla-vor-ice is all about the rapid ingestion of watered down high fructose corn syrup.
They come in 5 or 6 different colors, but I don't think they even bother to claim there is any flavor difference.
