IPA glyph for a voiced postalveolar fricative. It looks sort of like a 3, or a z that loops back around to the left on the bottom. If your browser displays Unicode properly, it looks like ʒ. Found in English in such words as azure, pleasure, and rouge. Found much more commonly in French; it is the (initial) consonant in the word je, for example. Identical to esh, only voiced.
