A Soviet slogan made out of Lenin's words. Lenin was promising a social revolution, in which the control over state affairs would be taken out of hands of the wealthy aristocrats and given to the proletariat, essentially regular people - like you, me or even a simple-minded kitchen maid.

In reality, this slogan ended up symbolizing the total incompetence of Soviet governments.
