The Apple ][ Europlus, commonly just called the Europlus, was the Apple II+ for the European (Europe, Africa and Australia) Markets.

Technically, it is the same as the North American Apple ][+ with two key differences: a 120v/240v autoswitching power supply (as opposed to a 110v for N.A.) and an RF Modulator that sends PAL as opposed to the North American NTSC.

Interestingly enough, most ][+'s can be turned into Europluses by a Power Supply swap (such as one from an early Franklin Ace which used a switching power supply) and clipping a certain lead on the motherboard. Conversely, your Europlus can be made to send NTSC by briding said lead.
