Class AAA farm team of the Minnesota Twins, in Edmonton, Canada. The Trappers play their home games at TELUS Field, which replaced John Ducey Park in 1995. They compete in the Western Division of the Pacific Coast League.

The team that would become the Trappers was founded in Eugene, OR in 1969 and played there until 1973. The team then spent consecutive short stints in Sacramento, San Jose, and Ogden before moving to Edmonton in 1981.

The Trappers became a Twins team just this year. Originally a Chicago White Sox affiliate, the Trappers played for the Angels from 1983 to 1992 and in 1999 and 2000. They were affiliated with the Florida Marlins in 1993 and 1994 and the Oakland Athletics from 1995 to 1998.
