Why would someone do this? I'm sure that some purpose from the collective mind of E2 will someday arise from the perpetually rotating nodegel (mostly malicious for all intents and purposes I'm guessing.)

Before attempting this Learn to BACKUP and RESTORE your windows registry!!!

1. Click Start, select run, and type Regedit
2. Run this and select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Tips
3. Right click at the end of the list and select NEW
4. Type the next highest number from what's listed and press ENTER
5. Right click on the value you created and select MODIFY
6. Type your "New Tip" in the box marked VALUE DATA and select O.K.
