I do. Don't you? No, no, not the powder. That wouldn't work well. That would dissolve on your tongue and fill up your mouth with messy bits of browness. It would probably hang around in your teeth like spinach. And that would not be pretty.

No. You must eat the bean. I recommend chocolate covered beans, though I suppose you could coat them in everything. The great thing about chocolate is it hides just a little bit of the bitterness so commonly associated with coffee. But refusing bitterness is for the weak! I take my beans with dark chocolate.

Of course, just like normal, drinking coffee one must be careful how much one consumes in a sitting. They are like lollies, and are so easily devoured by the handful. My current batch recommends 10g as the serving size. Now, I know that this supplies much less caffeine then a regular coffee drinker would desire in a day, but still, be careful. That said, I just realized that, in the last few hours, I had most of my packet. This may be the reason I am typing so fast.

Why should you eat coffee? Because its fun. Because it smells good. Because it tastes good. Because it leaves a grinding sort of bitterness in your mouth that I have come to love and so should you.
