A catch phrase that communicates the idea that you can yack all day about your grand schemes, but when you get right down to it, yacking isn't doing, and the doing is oftentimes harder than talking about the doing. Usually does not apply to the impossible; only to the really-hard-but-I-think-the-possibility-exists-that-it-can-be-done-things, unless you're joking. For example, it might be said in jest in response to a friend saying, "I'm going to make my new browser program a force to be reckoned with in the buisness world!"
