ENJJPT stands for Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training. It is a 55 week program conducted at Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls, Texas. It's purpose is to train jet pilots for assignment to fighter/fighter type aircraft of the armed forces of various NATO. It consists of three phases of training: pre-flight, primary flight training, and advanced flight training.

ENJJPT slots are distributed to the top 5-10% of pilot applicants each year. It is very competitive, because ENJJPT candidates are almost guaranteed a fighter assignment, if they want one.

Participating nations in the ENJJPT program include: Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, U.K., and the USA.
