Abbreviation for eating disorder not otherwise specified, the term used for most eating disorders that do not fit the criteria for anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa or binge eating disorder.

The acroynm-NOS construction is used for other categories of mental illness, for instance DID-NOS is dissociative disorder not otherwise specified
