Dexter Douglas's brother in Freakazoid. Duncan is your typical self-centered jock who likes picking on his geeky brother Dexter. That is, until Dexter turns back into Freakazoid.

Duncan is the only member of the Douglas family who ever runs into Freakazoid, who he simply calls "The blue guy".
