Scientist who created six
androids with
positronic brains, the most notable being
Lore and
Data. For years Dr. Soong lived in the
Omicron Theta colony, but he was forced to flee when the colony was attacked by the
Crystalline Entity.
Soong's married his wife Dr. Juliana O'Donnell Soong Tainer in 2328. After the wedding, they stayed for four days at Mavala IV. Juliana was killed in the attack on Omicron Theta, however an android replica was created to live on in her memory.
Dr. Soong passed away on stardate 44085.7 on Terlina III.
