Jim Henson muppet, from Sesame Street. Tries to compose songs at his piano but inevitably begins to slam his forehead on the keys in frustration. Has floppy hair.

He rewrote several songs. They got rid of him because kids would imitate him banging his head on the piano.
He looked a lot like Guy Smiley (same Muppet).
