His weather forecasts are about as good as anyone elses. He always stands outside on the street to give his forecast, or else goes to parks or stuff. He talks about the weather as he stands next to fake pictures of Netscape Navigator, or he talks while real pictures of Microsoft Internet Explorer are displayed. But he's cool.
