Combination Foods

  • Many of the foods we eat are mixed together in various combinations. These foods do not fit into any one exchange list. Often it is hard to tell what is in a casserole dish or prepared food item. This list will help you fit these foods into your meal plan. Ask your dietitian about any other combination foods you would like to eat.

Condiments
Fruit spreads (100% fruit) - 1 tbsp. - 1 starch
