Citra is labeled as a "refreshing citrus soda" by the Coca Cola bottling company.

Though the label just says "citrus", the only fruit juice that it contains is that of grapefruit. Don't be decieved by this though, its unique taste is only vaugely that of grapefruits. This may be because of other ingredients such as citric acid and high fructose corn syrup (yum).

As a side note I would like to point out that I live near the boarder of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and citra can be found in any local wawa or supermarket on the Jersey side, but cannot be found on the penn side anywhere. This leads me to believe that Citra has not yet found nationwide distribution, though I have seen it as far south as Washington DC.
