Charlie Weasley, second eldest of the Weasley children and Ron's older brother. He works in Rumania** as a dragon handler. Charlie looks like the twins, Fred and George, short and stocky, with the family red hair and freckles. While at Hogwarts, he was Gryffindor Seeker and captain of the team, one of the best Quidditch players the school had ever seen. Charlie appears in "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire", at the Quidditch World Cup and later at Hogwarts during the first task of the Triwizard Tournament.
**"Rumania" is the spelling used by J.K. Rowling in the Philosopher's Stone.
