Guitarist and vocalist of semi-successful punk band The Damned. He had a solo hit with his cover of Happy Talk. He composed music for Sensible Software for a while in the early 1990's. Recognisable by his trademark round shades and beret. He currently appears to be performing with the re-formed (but not reformed) The Damned.
