A cross between a camel and a llama. In 1998, scientists in the United Arab Emirates successfully cross-bred a male camel and female llama to create the first cama, which they named "Rama the Cama."

Experimentation continues to create more camas and to breed male llamas with female camels.The scientist are hoping to create a new animal that combines the most desirable traits of both camels and llamas.
