A 16-bit shell for Windows 3.X that resembles Windows 4.X. Calmira replaces the horrific Program Manager. Calmira is really great for broke teenagers who have an old 486 laptop with 12MB of RAM and need to use it to do stuff on.
Calmira is written in Delphi and is licenced under the GNU GPL.
