The first man in Norse Mythology. Born without father or mother, Buri was formed over time as Audhumla licked at the salt blocks of Ginnagagap.
Buri had a son (the first son) Bor. Bor, in turn, gave birth to three sons who were gods: Odin, Ve and Vili.
