Former toy
inventor self-named the "Rocket Guy" who wants to fly 50 miles into the
atmosphere. His project's name is R.U.S.H. (Rapid Up Super High) and he is building rockets in his back yard (one half-sized to test and one to actually ride in). He has taken some serious preparations including training with
Russian cosmonauts. The biggest obsticle in his way, though, is the
FAA who has to give him clearance first which involves checking his rocket for safety.
Brian has been featured on countless media programs since June 2000. His project has dropped out of view, though, mostly due to the X Prize and Spaceship One's success.
