Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds are a variety of almonds produced by a California almond growers co-op. They are, as the name suggests, smoke flavored and salted.
These are a tasty treat that I enjoyed growing up as a child in California as my parents would purchase them from the nearby packing plant. I have just recently found a local source and am as we speak getting the lovely flavor coating stuck in my keyboard.
