In a saucepan over low heat, combine:
5 oz white chocolate
half pack of good cream cheese
1 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
dash salt

When melted, stir into:

1 1/2 cups whipping cream, unwhipped
3/4 cup fresh blackberries, mashed up

Cool in fridge.
Pour into icecream maker.
Makes about 1L of sweet delicious Blackberry White-Chocolate Cheesecake Ice Cream.
I just invented this and thought I'd share it with y'all. It's to die for.
