This is the home node for my attempt to put the entirety (well, it's not that long) of the epic poem Beowulf on Everything.

For those of you unfamiliar, Beowulf is not a distributed computing environment so much as it is an epic poem written around the year 600. The author is anonymous, but is presumed to have been a skilled Christian bard for mixing traditional Danish and more generally European pagan imagery with the "newer" Christian concepts and other Biblical references. It's really quite good, even if the reading is rather difficult.
