The Belted Galloway is a variation on the Galloway breed, marked (as one might imagine) by a vertical white belt from its stomach around its back.

Otherwise, it is not terribly different from the standard Galloway, and both reap the benefits of a long coat which gives them excellent weight retention during winter.
