arguably the most famous surfspot in Victoria, Australia close to Torquay, about 70 km south-west of Melbourne.
A reef break with a famous righthander (The Bowl) used for the Ripcurl pro surf competition usually held during the easter weekend.

The surfbreaks themself are called (from east to west): Winki Pop , Lowers, Rincon, the Bowl, Centreside and Southside.

Featured by name only in the movie Point Break, it was actually filmed somewhere else. (somewhere in California)
