convenience store, and
water well driller. In the '20's it had a peak population of about 1500.
You generally
know everybody in the
town and when
somebody new comes to town you will usually find out within the
hour. Sadly most of this comes from the
farmers in the
bars. I would guess that about 25% of the town has a drinking
problem.
