Runts, the
delicious fruity
hard candy, has one
irrevocable flaw. The banana. Remember "One of these things is not like the other..." The banana does not belong mixed in with the
strawberry,
apple,
orange, and
lime.
First of all, the latter four fruits all resemble a common form of polar graph. The banana does not. A flower would be a better choice than a banana.
Secondly, bananas grow in clusters. All of the others grow for the most part singularly.
And finally, the banana tastes too... too... Alkaliney. I can't pinpoint the taste. All I know is that the taste of the banana is wretched, whereas the other fruits are spectacular.
I often find myself giving away my Banana Runts to the poor souls who love them. You either love them or you hate them. Go figure.
