The mediterranean sea in north-eastern Europe, connected to North Sea through Danish straits. Baltic Sea is surrounded by the following countries: Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany.
The water is usually cold and not very salty in comparison to other seas. Unfortunately it is not very clean, too :-(
