BCE Place is located at 181 Bay St. in Toronto, on the fringe of the mammoth office tower-district downtown. It occupuies a 5 1/2 acre site and was built during the mid-1980s, just before the recession hit. Its exterior is salmon in colour and has bluish glass and will not age nicely, but inside it is a beautiful building. The twin- towered complex is owned and managed by three companies, combining a staff of over 200 for its operations alone. Its design has been lauded due to the fact that twelve historical structures' facades were preserved in the construction. Its service to tenants has won the building awards with BOMA.

The building is of a high profile within the city and its retail tenants on the PATH enjoy busy pedestrian traffic as it is served by suits and tourists alike.

Tenants include but are not limited to:

The Toronto office of the NBA
The Hockey Hall of Fame
Three themed restaurants by Movenpick
Merril Lynch
