A term used to describe a nation which is capable of deploying nuclear weapons beyond its own borders. A nation does not necessarily have to be capable of developing the weapons, so long as they have a cache and launch capability. Their superpower, apparently, is the ability to trigger the annihilation of our lovely planet Earth. In comparison, turning invisible just doesn't cut it.
