In the supermarket, look for a fowl that indeed has an ass like a chicken. Take it home and prepare it:

  1. Rub it down with blackberry or peach brandy.

  2. Place 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, medium heat.

  3. When the oil is hot, place the "ass like a chicken" birds in the pan.

  4. Sprinkle with fresh black pepper and salt to taste.

  5. Add some Chinese Five Spice if you have some.

  6. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes per side.

  7. Add one cup of brandy to the pan. Be careful, brandy can ignite!

  8. Re-cover and simmer for 8 more minutes per side, spooning the brandy over the fowl every few minutes.

  9. Serve with rice or parsley and buttered egg noodles.

And that's what you can do with the bird that has an ass like a chicken and a strange nodeshell.

I was surprised to see this writeup in the "New Writeups", because it is an insult in Chinese.

Having an "ass like a chicken" means that you have a huge ass and this insult is usually used by women against women.

There's also having an "ass like a duck" which would be the direct translation, but having an "ass like a chicken" could also mean "having the ass of a whore" since chicken (or hen) is a vernacular for "whore." Originally a Cantonese insult, but it has been Mandarinized and can be used in Mandarin as well. Duck, by the way, in Cantonese is also slang for "Gigolo" and don't ask me why.

Either way, it's an insult.
