That particular shade of red that some motorcycles (Ducati comes to mind) and cars (like, Ferrari) are painted. It's a deep, compelling, sensual sort of color.

Arrest-me red is good. It attracts attention to whatever vehicle has the good fortune to be graced with it. It's good for fifteen miles per hour on the top end. And at least fifteen dollars added to the speeding ticket.

Yup, nothing says "reckless endangerment" quite like a color that by its very existance incites people to break the law.
