black ops division is the most feared by all but the most foolish
edgerunners.
They are the authentic men in black in CP2020, with automatic weapons and bulletproof clothing. Arasaka also manufactures weapons (the Arasaka Minami 10 is the finest example), teaches martial arts (Arasaka-Te).
