3 medium sized apples
3 medium sized dill pickles
1 medium onion, peeled
1/3 cup, sugar
1/4 cup, apple cider vinegar

Put apples, pickles, and onion through a food processor using a coarse blade. Chop, adding sugar and vinegar gradually to mix everything well. You want everything well combined but not so finely chopped that it is soupy. Chill at least 3 or 4 hours before serving.
